NEW YEAR REVELATIONS

I know I am a little bit late to be jumping on the new year bandwagon, but I’ve been doing a lot of thinking recently (dangerous I know) and I’ve come to a few conclusions about myself and my life. Each year I do usually participate in some resolutions or small changes that I would like to implement for myself that usually fizzle out in a few months. This year, I’ve decided to write about something a little bit different that I refer to as my new year ‘revelations’. Continue reading “NEW YEAR REVELATIONS”

THE WEDDING SINGER

So as I am writing this it has almost been one whole week since our first performance of The Wedding Singer and I honestly have no idea where the time has gone. I don’t think I’ve quite processed that the show or my time in Loco has come to an end (and I’m going to write a separate post bidding Loco farewell when I am emotionally stable enough) but here is a look back at my last show with my beloved Loco Show Co. I’ve been so busy with the start of the new semester and Loco starting back up that getting round to this post has taken much longer than I thought! Without further ado, I will go ahead and share with you all the lovely things I was lucky enough to receive for my 21st birthday! Continue reading “WHAT I GOT FOR MY 21ST BIRTHDAY”

CASTING A MUSICAL #2

Well if you asked me 12 months ago if I would be writing this post I would have said you were mad, but here we are again! I don’t think I’ve actually shared this with you all yet but I am back doing my old role as musical director again for my musical theatre society as we perform ‘The Wedding Singer’ in May! As a result, this weekend was spent watching some super talented people audition and ultimately putting the cast together for our performances. Continue reading “CASTING A MUSICAL #2”

MY 21ST BIRTHDAY

Today marks one week since my big birthday! I feel like I’ve been waiting for it to come around for so long and that it was over far too quickly. I’ve been lucky enough to spread my celebrations across a whole week with  a family meal yesterday marking the final hoorah. Now that the celebrations are all over I can share with you all the amazing things I did to celebrate! Grab a cuppa as this might be a long one!  Continue reading “MY 21ST BIRTHDAY”
